Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EVOQGLAM is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by customers.
If you notice an issue with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we partner with trusted carriers, shipping delays may occasionally occur outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
